What does it take to get started?

Washington Management Real Estate provides the step-by-step process for entering into the field of real estate. You can build your success on the foundation of WMC's 35 years of experience in Washington real estate.

The State of Washington Requires:

60-Hour Pre-Licensing Class -

1.	Live instruction (classroom environment) Complete the program in 2 weeks
2.	On-line instruction Complete the training at your leisure (but keep in mind it will take you longer to obtain your license) Scholarships are available for individuals are willing to make the commitment to succeed in real estate.

Pass the Washington State Real Estate Exam

Obtain license through Broker

Washington Management Real Estate Provides:

-	Real Estate 101 — Real Estate Survival Skills
-	Individual mentoring from company manager
-	Extensive marketing and technical tools

Start-up Expenses Involved (estimated startup capital — less than $1000):

-	Pre-Licensing Training (scholarships are available for qualified individuals)
