Golden Hemlock features a beautiful park-like setting with every unit overlooking the landscaped grounds. All apartments have private entrances from the outside. There are three laundry rooms on site with a library and sitting area.

A community recreation room is available for private functions, as well as many community activities.

Golden Hemlock is a HUD subsidized apartment for seniors. You must be 62 years or older. 30% of income applies towards rent. First priority for all vacancies must come from our waiting list. Please call the number above to be placed on our list.
